Land released a first self-produced record in May 2008 called The Sand Corridor. This concept-album, soundtrack of an imaginary movie, relates the lonely wander of a man in the desert.

The Sand Corridor’s story is inspired by the lives and works of Franck Cole, a canadian filmmaker, author of Life Without Death, and Geoffrey Moorhouse, the author of The Fearful Void. These two men both intended to cross the Sahara.

Land wished to create for The Sand Corridor an intimistic and minimalist music. The moods are dark and full of the void of desert places. A first version of the album which included 18 tracks was released in July 2007.
